Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Pawtastic Pet Solutions, we strive to provide the best care and training for your dogs. We understand that plans can change, and we aim to accommodate our clients as much as possible. Below is our cancellation and refund policy for dog training and boarding services:

Dog Training Services:

1. Cancellations and Rescheduling:

  • A 24-hour notice is REQUIRED to cancel or reschedule a training session, except in the case of extreme emergencies or illness.
  • If the client fails to give at least 24 hours cancellation notice, or is not present at the time of the scheduled appointment, session fees are still due.
  • For pre-paid packages, the session will still be counted as one session.

2. No-Shows:

  • No-shows will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

Boarding Services:

1. Cancellations:

  • Dog Walking and Pet Sitting by the Hour services are subject to a 24-hour cancellation period.
  • Daily Visit Pet Sitting services are subject to a 5-day cancellation period.
  • Daycare services are subject to a 5-day cancellation period.
  • Boarding Overnight services are subject to a 14-day cancellation period.
  • Live-In Pet Sitting services are subject to a 14-day cancellation period.

Cancellation period is determined by counting back from the date services are scheduled to begin. If reservations are cancelled prior to the cancellation period, the client will not be charged. Otherwise, the client will be responsible for 25% of the invoice total.

2. Changes During Service Period:

  • If changes are made to the reservation during the service period, including early returns, no refunds or credits will be given, and clients are required to pay for the reserved amount of visits. The service period begins on the date of the first scheduled visit and ends on the date of the last scheduled visit.
  • Reservation extensions are subject to a supplemental invoice and will be billed upon the client’s return.

General Policies:

  • All refund requests must be made in writing via email to refund@pawtasticpetsolutions.com.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of the request.
  • Credits issued must be used within 12 months from the date of issuance.
